Concept architectural

bioclimatic design aims to build buildings adapted to their environment that take advantage of site assets to ensure user comfort while reducing water and energy consumption. Bioclimatic design is an approach that we apply from upstream on all operations. Thermique

Beyond the RT 2012 applicable to the project, building design can achieve performance levels associated with several certifications: Passivhaus, Minergie +, HQE, LEED, BREEAM …. In this context, insulating materials are selected based on their thermal performance, hygroscopic and their embodied energy . According to the will of the contracting authority for bio-based insulation such as straw, wood fiber, cellulose wadding … are privileged.

Acoustique

Beyond regulatory requirements, special attention is paid to the inner acoustic correction of noisy local avoiding to use absorbent materials in mineral fibers (excluding regulatory constraints).

Pérennité

The technical and architectural choices are systematically evaluated with regard to the sustainability of use and appearance, both outside and inside the building, ease of maintenance equipment and maintenance savings . INEX intends to study various options (energy resource, insulation thickness, recovery of rainwater …) in a logic of overall cost to advise project managers to sometimes more expensive choice at investment but more economical to use.

Biodiversité

The location of the building on the site and the landscaping is designed to preserving biodiversity present and promote its development. Revegetation of the site may cover all or part of the roof and / or walls. In this case, INEX guide as soon as possible, to a vegetation that allows the development an urban biodiversity and a real impact on islands of urban heat . Supplements can be found in protected growing spaces, outdoor (garden, fruit trees, beehives) and indoors (greenhouses), these spaces are designed to allow educational activities around the fauna, flora and the UA.

Eclairage

Natural lighting is preferred in all premises with a search for maximum light autonomy. These natural lighting studies are always highlighted with respect to dynamic thermal simulations to define, according to the guidelines, optimal glass surface between heating demand, limiting the summer overheating and light autonomy.

Ventilation

Ventilation in buildings is an important topic, it ensures air exchange and therefore Quality Indoor Air . The current objectives of energy performance tend to reduce flows to reduce consumption. Our approach is always to study this subject with great care so as to define the most suitable type of ventilation in the project:

      • Double centralized or decentralized flow
      • Simple flow auto or hygro (VMC)
      • Controlled assisted natural ventilation (VNAC).

The different systems must be assessed according to the characteristics of the site (outdoor pollution, noise pollution, …) and building needs (theater, individual office, ..). Our expertise in different systems and our constant search for innovative solutions, allows us to provide relevant answers for each project.

Qualité de l’air intérieur

The quality of indoor air has become an important issue in the construction of a building. The use of the most natural building materials and with low particulate emissions and VOC is increasingly desired by the works of masters.
We ensure a continuous watch on the different interior materials so they can be informed of new products on the market and thus adapt the requirements of the products to the ambitions of the project owners.
The selected ventilation system is also a factor in the quality of indoor air in buildings.

Assistance à la maîtrise d’ouvrage Urbaine

L’aménagement urbain est au cœur des luttes contre le gaspillage de l’énergie et la préservation de l’environnement. Les décisions prises aujourd’hui conditionnent très largement, et pour plusieurs décennies, les impacts sur la nature et la qualité de vie.

A l’échelle d’un territoire, aux côtés de la collectivité, de l’aménageur, ou au sein de l’équipe d’urbanistes, nous accompagnons l’évolution du projet urbain sur l’ensemble des préoccupations du développement durable : cohésions sociales et solidarités, cohérences territoriales et déplacements, biodiversité, énergie, eau, déchets, bruits, …

Notre expertise technique nous permet d’accompagner la conception du quartier – plan masse, épannelage, morphologie des ilots –, ceci dans l’objectif de garantir la qualité environnementale de l’espace urbain : ensoleillement, vent, bruit, pollution, « îlot de chaleur urbain ». Différents outils de simulation sont utilisés afin de réaliser des études d’aménagement durable : études de stratégie énergétique, bilans carbone d’aménagement, confort aéraulique et thermique des espaces extérieurs, études hydrauliques pour la gestion des eaux pluviales, …
